Description
The Whisperers are members of a secretive sect of hell, hellbent on being the most formidable opponents in Massina City. They've earned a reputation as masters of deception and are a favorite in the odds at the Tavern's betting tables.[1]
The Whisperer stands at a height of 1.8m (approximately 5 ft 11 inches).[2]
