Rebirdants are beautiful undead birds, used as messengers by the ruling class of Massina. They need very little training and do not need food or shelter. Rebirdants were initially created by the Alchemists of the House of Dead, seeking to make some extra income by selling them at exorbitant prices. Built from the bone and flesh scraps of dead Champions plus some mechanical ingenuity, they are still highly sought after as a symbol of status and prestige.
