The Cerulean Wastes lie to the far east of the capital on a deserted isthmus of mountains and arid deserts. The strange copper deposits of the soil give the land its name, although it is rumored that the devastation is the result of two powerful Titans who battled one another and ruined the land in the process.

A strange tower lies at the northernmost point.

Paxa Lystera wandered these desolate and uninhabited lands in guilt and sorrow, for many years after she accidentally killed a mother and her children at the orders of her corrupt mob boss. [1]

The Cerulean Wastes are also the location of Tumíat, a mountaintop village, settled by Karkadons. The settlers briefly flourished, but then disappeared mysteriously. The Cerulean Wastes are rumored to hide an underground lair of vampires, but this has never been proven.
