Adrian was the son of Ilona, before she became a Sadaari. He lived thousands of years before the Empire was established, but sometime after the Titans abandoned the Colosseum. Shortly before the fall of the City of the Moon. [Ilona's Tale]

In life, he lived with his mother Ilona, his father Giorgio, and his sister Antonia, according to a brief flashback by Ilona. (She never returned to know their fates.) He enjoyed playing with little bugs and was a gentle child. [Maestro pt. 3 - The Waxing Moon]

He died at the hands of the youngest son of Kuro (a Fenrir Alpha), in a vicious Fenrir attack on their village. Afterwards, his ghost haunted his mother, pleading with her to turn away from revenge, but he was unsuccessful.

Thereafter, she continued to have visions of him. Prometheus found and exploited the boy's skull as leverage to try and secure Ilona's help, but she chose a different path. Adrian continued to haunt her until she took up arms to help another Fenrir, Fidelis, survive in the arena. She was mortally wounded, but as she lay dying, Adrian returned to her and welcomed her into the afterlife. [Maestro pt. 4 - The Grudge Match]
